ORDERING INFORMATION
Orders
We accept orders via online, by fax, and by phone . There is no minimum order.
No Reseller's Permit is required.
Payments
Credit / Debit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
PayPal: We also accept PayPal. Our PayPal account is "sales@b2bplussize.com".
Shipping
Domestic Shipments: Most USA orders are shipped via UPS and the tracking number is provided. UPS will not deliver to Post Office Boxes (PO Box) within the United States. The flat shipping charge will be applied according to the order amount.
International Orders: Most international orders are shipped via USPS (United StatePostal Service) Global Express Mail and the tracking number is provided. The estimated shipping cost will be charged when orders are placed and it will be adjusted when the shipments are ready to ship.
Returns / Exchanges
All merchandise is guaranteed to return. Returns are accepted only in case of prior authorization. To get the return authorization, you must email us at sales@b2bplussize.com within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise. The returns must be delivered to our warehouse within 10 business days once the return authorization has been issued.
No returns or exchanges will be allowed for any item viewed as worn, showing dirt, original tags removed or removed from the original packaging. There will be 20% restocking fee if they are accepted. Unauthorized returns are may be shipped back to the customers. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Catalog / Drop Shipping
Due to prompt changes of inventory, we do not offer any printed catalogs and drop shipping services.
